MFL (Modern Foreign Language) lessons focus on teaching our Key Stage Two children some French words and phrases.

Our aim is that our pupils develop a positive attitude towards other languages, cultures and language learning.

Lessons are often practical and fun - involving songs, rhymes, or games - giving children time to practice pronouncing new words and phrases, before moving on to writing words, sentences and even conversations in French.
